We stayed at the apartment for 10 days on a business trip. The communication was seamless, the location was super central and we had the best views from the building. From private taxis to public transport it was all accessible and we didn't have any trouble getting around. The building is also connected to the Dubai Mall which is an added plus.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this Airbnb in Dubai at Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai with a Burj Khalifa view. The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Downtown, with easy access to Dubai Mall & major attractions, shopping, and dining. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Waking up to the Burj view was definitely a highlight of the stay and added a premium feel to the overall experience. A special thanks to Mr Ryan - Guest Relation personnel, who was extremely helpful from the start. He guided me clearly on the parking arrangements and kept me updated about the room and facilities throughout. His support made the entire stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai.

A very nice property with view as shown in pik.. the room was clean and a great location. Highly recommended.! However the security person was little unresponsive during check in process when asked. Later another security person came and helped in completing check in to air bnb.

The place is amazing, u can have the full view of Burj Khalifa and even the fountain is visible. Amazing views however the place lacks some basic upgrades/ maintenance like leaky WC, water quality poor, bath tub lined with white residue, hair dryer not working etc. But we didn’t complain about these to host and I am sure if we would have he would have done something about it, but since we were on tight schedule didn’t use much of the offerings. The view is absolutely amazing

Generally, it's really great llace, high floor and good location. There were a few issues, but they fixed it once I contacted them. Keep in mind that walls are paper thin and door has a big gap so sound from the hall easily gets in. The building has one of the loudest elevator sounds I've heard so far. The ping sound they do when they arrive to the floor can be heard 10 floors below and above even if your door is far away from elevators.

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Dubai. Dramatic views from the apartment balcony and the location next to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa is perfect. The pool area is also excellent. Kite beach is just 15 minutes away by taxi. Good communication with Khalil during check-in and checkout
