A clean, quiet place that’s close to all the amenities.

I can really recommend this place, the building itself is new and the apartment itself is just amazing. Just like the pictures and even better :) it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The support team operates 24/7 to make sure everything is working properly, you can reach them anytime. My manager Sohail was very helpful, friendly, supportive and replied instantly. Thank you very much team 🙏🏽

I had a lovely stay. The flat is so nice, with amazing views of the beach, and it felt really homely. A special thank you to Awbbs, who was super lovely and responsive throughout the whole process. He made everything easy from start to finish. I’d happily stay again!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. Mahmud is an exceptional host—kind, humble, and truly dedicated to making guests feel welcome. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable, flexible, and memorable stay. Perfect for quick work trips and even better for family visits. I will definitely be returning soon. God bless Mahmud and the whole team.

Very solid apartment, everything is on point. Excellent communication from apartment management. Located in very family oriented and green area of Dubai, near downtown.

The location and apartment were wonderful, and Sitti was a great, highly responsive host. The only downside was the bedroom ACs and the washrooms, which need proper maintenance/servicing. Overall, a good stay with just a couple of areas for improvement!

I had an excellent stay from start to finish. The apartment was great, but I especially want to thank Jafar, who truly took exceptional care of me throughout my stay. He was always available, responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. You can really tell that he does everything he can to make sure guests have the best possible experience, and that makes a huge difference. This was honestly one of my best Airbnb experiences, largely thanks to him. I would recommend this place without hesitation and would happily stay again. A huge thank you to Jafar for his professionalism, honesty, and kindness.

Yanlızca yazabileceğim Mohsin beyin bize erken giriş sağlaması bizi mutlu etti. Mutfak aletlerinin yenilenmesi bizim zorlamamızla oldu. Ev eski ve rutubetli
