We stayed in an apartment managed by Veluxa for a few months, and had a great stay. The host was very kind and always did her best to help us with our requirements. Always quick response. The cleaning was outstanding. We can warmly recommend Veluxa for a shorter as long as for a longer stay.

The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. My stay with Veluxa Holiday Homes was truly amazing. From the beginning, the team was incredibly responsive, supportive, and genuinely friendly. On my first day, I faced an issue with the beds, and I was honestly shocked by how quickly and professionally they handled it — they replaced both beds entirely with brand-new ones, including new mattresses. A very special thank you to Anastasia, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her follow-up, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference. And thanks to Vlatina as well for the great support throughout the stay. Their commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction really stands out. I highly recommend Veluxa Holiday Homes and would definitely stay with them again. Great service, great people, and a fantastic overall experience.

Cancellation of our accommodation, booked six months in advance, just 3 days before our trip. No message or communication from the host. Very poor service.

We had a really great stay with Veluxa. Anastasia was very helpful and reactive, even welcoming us late at night, and the apartment was very good. They also provide additional cleaning that is perfect. Highly recommended!

Hi Anna This is Haroon It was great staying at Peramount apartments with very luxury lobby 👌 The 2 bed rooms was relaxing and the pool temperature was warm 😌 The system and family hall was nice. The balcony required chairs and table. All others good
