I’m incredibly grateful to have had Manivarma as my agent throughout both the sale of my property in JLT and the purchase of my new home in Damac Hills 2. His professionalism, deep market knowledge, and constant communication made the entire journey seamless and stress-free. He was always one step ahead—coordinating every detail with care, honesty, and genuine dedication. What truly sets him apart is his ability to listen, understand your needs, and act in your best interest. Whether it was finding the right buyer or securing the perfect new home, Manivarma handled everything with calm confidence and integrity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy or sell in Dubai. Thank you, Mani, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience approaching Valco. I was pleased that I was able to find Mr Manivarnan to guide me through the process of buying. Honestly being a first time investor I was very anxious about the whole process and skeptical about the market. But, Mani was able to give me a debrief of the realestate market Helped me with all the procedure and was always available to answer my untimely call. I would highly recommend Mr Manivarnan and Valco realestate if you are ever looking to buy or sell your property

We recently acquired a very small property in the UAE through Valco Properties - and although the property was “mini”, we received a first-class all-round service. Team Alex & Pirooz took over the complete project management right from the start: they confidently guided us through the due diligence and all administrative formalities, coordinated appointments and deadlines and ensured full transparency and legal certainty at all times. With their distinctive solution mindset and proactive communication, we always felt that we were being well looked after. Joana stepped in during the closing phase and ensured that all final documents and milestones were handled efficiently and on time. Her commitment rounded off the overall picture perfectly. Thanks to this seamless, holistic service excellence approach, the entire purchase process was extremely efficient and worry-free. Every step was precisely thought through, every question was taken seriously and answered with great commitment - we feel more than happy with our investment. Our sincere thanks go to the entire Valco Properties team, especially the dynamic Alex & Pirooz team for their outstanding support and Joana for her final support. For future real estate projects in the UAE, we will use Valco Properties again without hesitation! THANK YOU Guido

My experience with Mani was satisfying me, he is very cooperative, polite, transparent, and always doing the needful once required. I have only one suggestion which is always to keep all the correspondences between all parties through emails with Cc of everyone in order to avoid any confusion /misunderstanding between the parties.

I rented an apartment through ZenithA2, handled by Mani Varma, and overall the experience was unprofessional and disappointing due to repeated misinformation and lack of transparency. From the start, I was told that drilling the walls was fine only to be held responsible later for full repainting and repair costs upon move-out. One of the checks was also mishandled with the wrong date, which caused it to bounce, resulting in a 500 AED landlord fee and additional bank charges, all avoidable. I was told the apartment had been properly inspected, but during check-out, I was charged for over 20 damaged spotlights. No inspection video was provided when requested. I also had to coordinate the move-out permit directly with the building due to incomplete instructions, despite having secured the apartment through the agent. The most concerning part: I was told the landlord’s family needed the unit, so we moved out without insisting on the required one-year notice. Later, I found out directly from the landlord that his family was only arriving much later and that a new tenant was already lined up. In other words, we were misled in order to make the unit available sooner for a higher-paying tenant. Sharing this so others can proceed with caution. Clear and honest communication is essential in real estate, and unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience 👎
