Eugene really helped me navigate a tricky property transaction where I wasn’t clear on my rights and the other party’s obligations. He stepped in and offered transparency, my options moving forward and advocated for me on calls with the agency and their associates. Really grateful and definitely recommend.

from many agents i speak to dale is the best agent. He is very professional, understanding, trustworthy and has alot of knowledge about the dubai property market and investing. He listened to my expectations and needs, talked me through a investment strategy for my first property, found the perfect apartment and how to use market trends to get the best from my investment. Dale is truly one of the top quality agents in dubai i have worked with and recommend everyone buying property to work with him.

Great many thanks to Elias Hadid, who was really helpful and did a great job - he not only made the deal between me and the apartment owner, but also helped me with many issues ranging from curtains and furniture to cleaning the flat, which went far beyond his professional duties. He also helped me out in a difficult situation on a weekend and on top of that being sick. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent service!

Working with Flor was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was professional, reliable, and genuinely committed to understanding my needs. She guided me through every step of the process, was always available to answer my questions, and managed to find the perfect property for me in no time. What stood out the most was her honesty, her positive attitude, and her ability to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly feel that I wouldn’t have achieved such a great result without her support. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptionally effective real estate agent.

I’ve worked with several agencies in Dubai over the years, but Urban Bricks Real Estate truly stands out. From the first call to the final signing, the team was professional, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. They guided me through every step of the buying process with honesty and attention to detail. What impressed me most was their genuine care for clients they weren’t just trying to close a deal, they wanted to make sure I made the right investment in Tilal Al Ghaf. Communication was smooth, paperwork was handled efficiently, and they even followed up after the transaction to ensure everything went perfectly. If you’re looking for a real estate agency in Dubai that combines expertise with integrity, I couldn’t recommend Urban Bricks Real Estate more highly.
