Horrible service. I booked 1hr 1 cleaner. I was then advised I can take 1hr 2 cleaners and that it would be the same price. AED 100. Fine. I get home and find my home to have a horrible unhygienic smell. I walk in to find the cleaners sitting on my sofa , with a box of cookies infront of them. Their backpacks also on the sofa. I walk into my room and the smell is sooo bad. I informed them and their manager or which position he held - about the smell. I was wondering why they were still there still after 1hr. They informed me they didn’t bring a mop or anything to clean the floor with so the guy who was with them brought it afterwards. I know some customers prefer to use their own supplies but I was not asked my preference?? So you just naturally come unprepared ?? Okay. I hadn’t been home in like 3 weeks. My house was pretty tidy when I left. I came wearing white socks and my socks were super dirty even after they “cleaned”. Mind you they needed 2 people just to mop the floor. 1 with a SPRAY BOTTLE to wet the floor and the other to mop. Imagine. I was then told I need to pay AED 200 for 2hrs. I explicitly refused and informed what I initially booked and what YOU advised me to do instead. I mentioned all my complains about smell, sofa sitting and cooking eating, coming without supplies and the guy said okay AED 150. This was the worst ever. No idea how to handle clients and to damage control. Best of luck with this.

Sparkling Spaces Cleaning and Sterilization provided a very responsive and reliable service. They were able to accommodate my request despite the short notice, which I truly appreciated. The room had been left quite disorganized, but their team managed to clean and organize the entire space efficiently. The kitchen, living area, and bathroom were all properly cleaned and arranged, leaving the room tidy and in good condition. Overall, the team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and good attention to detail.

Awful service. They showed up 90 minutes late, and I only found out when I asked where were them. Place was left dirty, we had to re-do all over again, and when I asked over the phone with the manager, he claimed that it was my fault because "I was not there". Sent pictures as proof of wrongdoing and answer was "they missed only a few spots". Booked them for 2 hours and left after one and a half. I highly recommend not to use them.

I can’t say enough about this new cleaning service! They exceeded my expectations by cleaning areas I didn’t even realize needed attention. There were spots I’d tried tackling without success, but they managed to make them spotless. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and patience make them the type of people you’d want to hire. Highly recommend!
