They approve that they are very professional, the unit that I got from them facing some unexpected issues (including construction noise) and they did their best to rectify that but openly refunded my payment and give me this choice to checkout after one day. I should thank Lanerzo, Fanilo and particularly Preslava.

Stayed in one of their apartments in Downtown Dubai for 5 nights. The apartment is well-furnished (I think its new) and clean. Check-in was swift; someone met me on my arrival. I would definitely come back and book with them directly, as I enjoyed my stay very much. Maybe they can give me a discount too :)

Very very worst place they take security deposit and not refund back,
Response from Provident Holiday Homes
Dear Hitesh, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, as we strive to provide a seamless stay for all our guests. We have thoroughly reviewed your concerns regarding the security deposit. Upon inspection following your departure, it was noted that the parking sticker provided during your stay was not returned. As part of our standard policy, which we share during the booking process, the deposit was utilized to cover the replacement cost of the missing item. We aim to be as transparent as possible and have previously reached out to offer a resolution regarding the parking sticker. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you directly to ensure a fair conclusion. Please feel free to contact us so we can assist you personally. Best regards, Provident Vacation Homes

Shout to Ziad who was incredibly diligent and persistent throughout my home-search journey in Dubai. He followed up consistently, stayed patient, and worked hard to help me find a short-term home that matched both my price range and criteria. What sets him apart is his strong access to a wide variety of options, he never came with just one or two choices, but many well-fitting ones, which made all the difference. He was attentive and genuinely accommodating to my needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements. His persistence paid off, and I’m grateful to have worked with someone who actually delivers on what they promise. I would highly recommend Ziad to anyone looking for flexibility, affordability, and a realtor who truly listens.
