Jairo was my real estate broker in Dubai. He is extremely dedicated and a trustworthy agent (hard to come across those) who went the extra mile to find me the exact property I was looking for. Even with a very tight deadline, he ensured to show me quality properties matching my exact requirements, and was very responsive during evening hours and the weekend. We closed the deal within just a few days, and he was as loyal to me as he was to the landlord. After the deal was sealed, I however did have to manage everything related to the move myself directly with the landlord, which was not ideal and caused delays and a lot of admin on my side. Would have appreciated Jairo/agency to have dealt with everything until the move completion of the moving date. Nonetheless, I recommend Jairo to those looking to rent or sell property from a genuine, trustworthy and hard working broker.

I live in Denmark and work closely with investors, so I have high standards for partnership. I’ve worked with Jairo in the Dubai real estate market and have always been impressed by his strategic approach. Beyond his deep market insights, I really value his professionalism and the genuine care he shows for people. He doesn't just close deals; he builds lasting relationships. I’ll definitely continue working closely with him and I’m happy to introduce him to my network.

Was introduced to the company by a mutual friend, once contact was made things moved very very fast. Within 2 days a property was located by Estefania for me and she guided me through the whole process. Honestly without Estefania guiding me I think things would have been hell. Even after deposit for the property was done, she worked harder than I thought possible to get all the relevant documents signed and stamped. Truly amazing and for sure I will highly recommend the company to anyone who asks.

We had a smooth and good experience with Vera. Firstly, she's professional and very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain processes with you as a new comer to Dubai. The property and rental market is something new to my husband and I during our first few years especially with paperwork. She handled our landlord's apartment handover and finding new tenant's for the LL. Even during our purchase of our first home she gave made sure we were going through the process correctly and promptly. Her level of service standard is truly what makes us clients feel comfortable and safe especially in the Dubai market.
