We had an excellent stay at this apartment and would happily recommend it. The location is outstanding, with a beautiful front-facing view of Dubai Marina. It's perfectly situated within walking distance of Dubai Marina Mall, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building itself is quite unique for Dubai Marina. As a low-rise development, it offers a more exclusive and peaceful atmosphere compared to the surrounding towers. The amenities are excellent, including a gym and a swimming pool overlooking the marina. The apartment is beautifully decorated, stylish, and very well maintained. It is fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The lighting system is particularly impressive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that really enhances the overall experience. The One Perfect Stay team was very responsive and professional, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Overall, this is a fantastic apartment in one of the best locations in Dubai Marina. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

“Everything feels perfect at The One Perfect Stay—until something goes wrong. I experienced a water leak on 19 January caused by a malfunctioning heater. Since then, the heater has still not been replaced. We are now in the middle of winter, and going over four weeks without hot water is simply unacceptable. A ‘perfect stay’ should not only be about aesthetics and marketing, but also about basic living standards and timely maintenance. Unfortunately, in this case, support after the issue occurred has been slow and disappointing. This has significantly impacted comfort and overall experience.”

Very nice and clean place , just too much noise outside because of constructions all around , pool and gym very nice also Just the person in charge called Hamid was not giving us enough attention and no follow up from he’s side ! We lost wifi after the first week and he never called us back to explain what happened ? Or just to say maybe wifi is weak ! We called him and texted him many times about the wifi and he never called back to explain at least what happened ! But over all very nice place Thank you

The apartment has a lot of plastic plants, very fast Wi-Fi, and a large TV with cable. The bed is excellent and very comfortable. Unfortunately, there's no coffee maker or kitchen towels. The wardrobes on the right are broken and won't open. Renting a car automatically includes parking at Elite Residence, but despite repeated requests, I never received a parking access card from the landlord and had a lengthy discussion with security each time.

It was great experience for my wife who was a guest at the apartment. She Quote” The apartment was spacious, clean, and it was as described. The view over the canal and the road leading to Marina Beach was amazing.
