DO NOT STAY HERE I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE absolute terrible place if you ok with sleeping in a roach infested room without wifi then be my guest I’ve been here a little shy under 3 weeks and I have spent more then half of that away had people come for the roaches 2x absolutely nothing came from that and then there hasn’t been wifi for last 10 days now absolute disgusting place

I absolutely do not recommend OFEX Holiday Homes. I’ve been staying in one of their apartments for over two weeks, and from day one I’ve had serious issues: – Air conditioning doesn’t work, even in extreme heat – Stove and oven are broken, impossible to cook – No cold water – only hot water available in the shower – All faucets and toilets are leaking – Bathroom ceiling is damaged from moisture – Curtains are broken – can’t be opened or closed properly – I had a bedbug problem – Also had an ant infestation within the first two weeks I contacted the landlord multiple times – not a single issue has been fixed. I’ve been waiting more than two weeks for repairs, and nothing is happening. Even my request to move out and get my money back has been ignored. This apartment is not livable in its current condition. It is far from what you would expect from a holiday home and completely unacceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. This place easily deserves minus 20 stars. Stay away from OFEX Holiday Homes. Easily the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ofex holiday homes, and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail of the apartment. The space was tastefully furnished and provided a warm, inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service I received from the management. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Whether it was providing local recommendations or simply checking in to see if I needed anything, they were always available and eager to help. Overall, I would highly recommend Ofex holiday homes to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Victor has been attentive to my travel needs and accommodating of travel times outside normal hours. The flat was well situated for my travels and had all the essentials required for a home away from home.

We stayed with my family for three months and loved everything. They were always attentive and prompt in their response to ensure our comfort. Upon checkout, they gave us a deposit and allowed us to stay the night, even though our flight was at 3 a.m. Thank you very much.

Really like the appartment, it is located basically in the city centre, you can get to Burj Khalifa in 5 minutes by food or 1-2 minutes by electric scooter, there’s a free pool, free gym and a great window and balcony view on Burh Khalifa There is also a convenience store connected into the appartment so you can get anything without needing to go anywhere Perfect pick for holidays and work, apartments are always better than hotels.
