We had a great experience with Roman Krimer from start to finish. He understood exactly what we were looking for and found the perfect appartment for us. Everything was smooth, quick, and professional. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend him!

If you are yet to work with Roman Krimer, at Nexus, you are in for a pleasant surprise. By far the most professional, commited and helpful real estate agent in Dubai - and, just so happens to work exclusively in Dubai Creek Harbour, therefor his knowledge is second to none. Mr Roman at Nexus has always gone above and beyond. He puts every other agents to shame and now I work exclusively with him and him only. Thank you, Mr Roman!

I just want to say that I'm really happy with everything. Roman is a great guy, very friendly and helpful from the very beginning. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole thing stress‑free for me. I didn't have to worry about anything because he took care of all the important stuff. The apartment itself is wonderful – nice, comfortable, and in a good location. Honestly, I couldn't ask for more. He made sure I had everything I needed to settle in. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. If anyone asks me about renting in Dubai, I would definitely tell them about this guy. He's reliable and you can trust him. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you for everything!
