Very disappointed with the maintenance of the building. I am following up with office from 2 months for AC maintenance, nothing happened so far.

MD Real Estate helped my wife and I find accommodation during my time in the UAE. I would like to take the opportunity to say a special thanks to AB for his support. He not only aided us in finding our apartment at Sail Tower but also helped with the application and later the fibal closure process. A sincere guy with integrity who doesn't wait to be asked for help, he just does it! Would highly recommend him and his business should you need their services.

I cannot thank our realtor, Andry Grouta, enough for her exceptional work in helping us find the perfect apartment. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the initial search to the final closing, she went above and beyond to ensure that we found a place that truly felt like home. She was always attainable and answered all our questions in shedding light in the uniqueness of owning a home in the UAE. She was informed on all levels having done her research to make us feel that we were always well advised and informed. We will continue to use her services even after the handover for any further consulting regarding our property. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for making our dream of owning a home a reality Andry!

Thank you MD real estate for finding the perfect home for me and my family, I would like to give a special thanks to AB and the sales managers Mr. Ghassan and Mr. Majd for being honest transparent and clear on every piece of information provided for my new home, I look forward to working with MD in the near future. If you want a happy home and a happy family be open to suggestions because they have more knowledge of the real estate market then many companies and agents that I have dealt with in the past, I have found the perfect real estate agency for me.
