I had an outstanding experience working with Kunal Sathe. From the very beginning, he understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me identify a highly desirable, vastu-compliant property that perfectly matched my perspective and requirements. What truly set Kunal apart was his professionalism, patience, and negotiation skills. He represented my interests exceptionally well during discussions with the seller and handled several unrealistic situations with remarkable calmness and expertise. His ability to navigate challenges and keep the deal moving forward gave me tremendous confidence throughout the process. Kunal was always approachable, transparent, and committed to ensuring the best possible outcome for me. Thanks to his dedication and market knowledge, the entire journey—from property selection to closing the deal—was smooth and successful. I highly recommend Kunal to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive real estate professional.

Working with Marina from MBC has been a seamless experience. Right from our first conversation, she took the time to fully understand our needs, preferences, and budget. This made the entire process feel personalised and stress-free. Her ability to quickly narrow down suitable options saved us a lot of time and effort. What stood out the most was her unwavering support throughout;from property visits to documentation and negotiations. Suneil & Marina make a great team and their in-depth knowledge of the real estate market was evident and incredibly helpful in making informed decisions. Communication was excellent; they were always available to answer questions, explain the fine print, and offer honest advice. Thanks to Marina & Suneil we felt guided, not pressured, and ended up finding what we were looking for. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely supportive real estate agent.
