GoogleWe have had such a great experience working with Zena Elrefaie while securing our new villa in Aura Gardens. After dealing with several agents who were either pushy or difficult to get hold of, Zena was a breath of fresh air. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our move-in day, proactively helping to coordinate and resolve any issues that came up. What really stood out was how helpful she was with all the admin side of moving, she provided clear step-by-step guidance and screenshots for setting up our Ejari, obtaining move-in permits, and completing other essential tasks, which made the whole experience far less stressful. Zena is motivated, knowledgeable, efficient, and always quick to respond. On top of that, she is a genuinely lovely person, friendly, positive, and always smiling, which made the entire process enjoyable. I would highly recommend Zena to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. She truly cares about her clients and delivers an exceptional level of service. Thank you, Zena, for making our move into Aura Gardens such a smooth and positive experience! 😊🏡✨
