Never go with them , dosn't understand the dynamics of market , just follows old transactions done. Despite of sharing the reports from other agencies they are hell bound on the previous transaction.

Do not use this company! Noemi & nikhita in the real estate valuation branch showed zero professionalism! Especially for real estate inspections! They have no knowledge of property value! Our property is high floor, fully upgraded, fully custom furnished, 2 balconies with sea view! And the incompetent employee valued it the same as properties with no upgrade no furniture low floor no views and no balcony! We lost the sale and I lost my client and commissions due to their lack of due diligence and care and any kind of professionalism. They even did not include the higher priced sales in the building to purposely devalue the property! Then when I asked why they didn’t even respond. They should seriously not be in this field.

Very bad experience with KF Dubai. Visits well organized but wrong information delivered, conflict of interests, no apologize. This is not the usual KF service, professionalism and protection you are expecting.

The people administrator Sweet Tagaan was the most unprofessional, demanding like we work for her,and dosen't want to wait and keep requesting the same thing as we told her ok we will as soon as possible but she didn't like that even though it's not and urgent situation she keep Provoke and try to make us look bad and she the victim the worst behavior ever, the company should check their own employees behavior.

Very trustable company, very well known in UK as well. Megan is amazing. She was quick to respond and caring. She is a true professional. She found us the best property. She made sure every procedure went smooth. I would highly recommend her.

These people should not be trusted for any kind of valuation. They valuated my property 40% less than market price. The same week I got a valuation from another reputable company 40% higher. Adding on they charged me 6500aed for the valuation, 2 times the market price!

Very questionable work ethic. They produced a valuation basis very subjective elements ignoring market data. Showed up late at the appointment / no follow up when we challenged the valuation. I’d lose my job tommorow if I could afford such behavior. Please make sure to get your broker on the case in case they use these valuators - it will save you 3000aed and a lot of headache. Cheers. MB

We tried to buy a unit with difc through Knight Frank, unorganised broker , me and my husband were given wrong link and waited whole day. Al Knight Frank sales not answering phones at all 3 days ago, you can't reach anyone , they text after 7 hours of receiving text, if you buying an apartment through them. Please don't. You will get stressed and lose patience with everyone around you
