I helped a friend book an apartment managed by this company, and I regret recommending them. Three days before checkout, they mistakenly deactivated his access card and locked him out of the apartment. He was left outside for over two hours without access to his medication, passport, money, or personal belongings. More than 20 phone calls to their support went unanswered. The only reason he got back into the apartment was because the police arrived, not because of the company’s support. They later admitted it was their mistake. Their support was completely useless, sending generic AI-like copy-and-paste responses instead of actually helping. A company that can leave a guest on the street because of its own mistake is not one I can recommend.

I can't suggest better then this property management, they are one of the best in town i booked with them my stay and Thats what you call it home not a house, this flat gives you the home feeling so you will be always feeling cozy , very clean building well managed, amazing location, good host and responsive, full equipped Highly recommend 20/10 is my rate .

The place we have rented was really great. Affordable price in JLT Staff were really nice and super helpful with check in, check out and even during the stay. There was a problem with internet that was fixed in 20min. I definitely recommend renting from this Rental Holiday Company as they are very profesh and have great deals

Pls dont use these people to rent any property. First they did not issue a receipt if payment for me. They are not like Airb&b or Booking they do not resolve your issues and say its out of their control. I booked three months holiday home in Yansoon 6 -G11 and it was next to very noisy neighbors who would argue all night long and when I complained they told me to call the security and I did. Over 40 days I called the security almost every night. I files complaint to EMAAR the developer. I also filed a complaint to Municipality with no use. I requester a Force Major termination due to them stating “it is out of our control” and I should get my money and leave within two weeks of the request. They said no, you have to pay until 1st June (half way through) just because they want my money. If this was booking or Airb&b I will be out of here from day 1. Not only that but over the 40 days I stayed so far allI did was call maintenance to fix this and fix that. After they take the money they refer you to a very non-responsive and lazy team who will torture you with Apologies and kind words week after week and they know this will delay my request of termination, the promises they make to solve my problem. So I could have left from week one and got my money back. Nope, I was played and scammed. Now I have lost time and money as well as my nerves. Pls reconsider all what I have said this business needs to close.

We had a great stay! It was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place is nicely and thoughtfully furnished – simple, cozy, and with good-quality furniture. The pool on the 4th floor was also very clean, and we had a wonderful time there relaxing. We happened to stay here at the beginning of the Iran offensive, which was obviously an unusual situation. The building security was always approachable, very helpful, and made us feel safe at all times. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai.

Extremely worrying experience with GuestReady. I want to share a very serious situation to warn future customers. Due to a force majeure event (airspace closure and total impossibility of travel), I was forced to extend my stay in a GuestReady-managed property. This exceptional situation was acknowledged by the local authorities and confirmed by the diplomatic services on site. Despite this, and after more than a month of intensive efforts, I have received no concrete solution. I contacted: - the host, - GuestReady, - Airbnb, - as well as the relevant authorities. Result: a completely deadlocked system where everyone passes the buck. GuestReady has never fulfilled its role as manager, Airbnb is making the refund conditional on the host's agreement, and the host, having already received payment, refuses any cooperation. The most serious issue in this situation is that I was given contradictory and inaccurate information, including being told that I had to initiate the refund process with the government myself, which was formally denied by the embassy. In other words, instead of being supported, I was misled. Despite the submission of official and repeated evidence, no responsibility was taken. My case was handled superficially, with generic responses and no real analysis of the situation. It is deeply concerning that in cases of force majeure, a customer can find themselves completely abandoned, having paid significant sums, without any real recourse through the platform or the manager. This experience highlights a serious lack of: - transparency, - professionalism, - and above all, responsibility in the face of exceptional circumstances. I strongly advise against using GuestReady, especially in case of problems, as there is no real guarantee of support. To date, despite all my efforts, no solution or refund has been offered.

The location of our apartment was excellent—close to amenities and with a great view of JBR beach! Check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward, everything was exactly as described and the place offered good value for money. They respond almost immediately and even called during our stay to make sure everything was in order - lovely service!
