Today i saw add in tik tok for presentation in nakheel - for few bew projects. As i am 17 years loyal client of nakheel i was delighted to attend . Even i checked in my calendar which day is august 1 st - the even asked what time and i said 12-2 because then i can take 2 hours of my clinic to attend . A broker called me ( arabic female) she told me there is no specific presentation and that the day when i will get discounts and early downpayment benefits. I told her that i am not comming to buy straight a way - i want to study the project ( palm jebel ali) and then to think and decide . I told her in the addvert in tik tok is writen presentation not straight away buyng. She suddenly started shouting on me that i am broker , and she will say what ever ahe want and she can lie , and she said “ Go Way” and she closed on my face . I am in uae 29 years and never in my life experienced behavior from a broker in Dubai. Unfortunately we are in a moment where we need to uplift and boost our realestate transactions and attract buyers and sellers - With people like her she give very bad immage about how things have to be in UAE ans Dubai - respect and tollerance .
