I just wanted to say thank you for your honesty and for the wonderful way you deal with us every single time. Your professionalism and kindness truly make a difference. We honestly appreciate you, and of course, we won’t be dealing with anyone else but you. Thank you once again for everything

Such disaster flat, hate to stay here, they no have idea about airbnb, not responsible people! They rent flat to 3 people but the third person should pay for towels and pillow, blanket 👎👎👎👎 kitchen stuff is incomplete. If you want enjoy your stay, don't choose Elite LUX Homes👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Everything's fine, but there's a downside: if you have a Russian card, they'll force you to bring a cash deposit to the office. At Ostrovok, they only show half the cost, with the other half listed as a fee, which must be paid upon check-in, along with tax. Otherwise, everything is very clean and good.

Excellent apartment, bright and clean. Great view from the window, two balconies. Communication is very convenient; everything is automated. I mentioned we were traveling with a baby, and they provided a playpen and high chair. Highly recommended!!!
