Exceptional experience working with Driven Properties! From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and genuine dedication to making the process smooth and stress-free. Their agents are super responsive, transparent, and go above and beyond—whether answering small questions, coordinating viewings with landlords, or guiding you through tenancy, buying, or property sales across top locations like JVC, Emaar Beachfront, and City Walk. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, top-tier real estate agency in Dubai!

Rehan is an exceptional agent. Very honest, supportive and really looks after the buyer. Extremely accessible and happy to answer questions or concerns you may have at ease, no matter how small. Cannot recommend a better agent for smoothness in transaction and will use him again in future should it be needed again.

We had the pleasure of working with Mokhtar during our search for a rental property, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his professionalism, dedication, and unwavering support throughout the entire process. Having worked with several real estate agents in the past, we can confidently say that very few go above and beyond the way Mokhtar did. His commitment extended far beyond helping us secure the property. Although it was never his responsibility, he repeatedly stepped in to help us liaise with the property management regarding our tenancy agreement, lease payment, and multiple issues that arose during the handover process. Unfortunately, our move-in experience was far from smooth due to challenges with the property management. Throughout it all, Mokhtar remained incredibly patient, responsive, and empathetic. He consistently followed up on our behalf, ensuring that matters were addressed and that our handover was handled as properly as possible. What stood out most was that he continued to support us even after he had received his commission—something that speaks volumes about his integrity and genuine care for his clients. Some may say this is simply what a leasing agent is expected to do, but based on our experience, Mokhtar exceeded every expectation. He never treated us like just another transaction. Instead, he took the time to understand our situation, showed genuine empathy, and remained committed to helping us until the very end. Mokhtar truly embodies the values behind the name Driven. His work ethic, professionalism, and client-first attitude make him an outstanding representative of the company. He sets the standard for what exceptional service should look like, and the management should consider themselves fortunate to have someone like him on the team. We sincerely wish Mokhtar continued success in his real estate career. We have no doubt that his business will continue to flourish because people remember those who genuinely care, and Mokhtar is one of those rare professionals who leaves a lasting positive impression.

Had a pretty confusing experience with their agent Ahmed Sheikh - scheduled a viewing at a time set by the agent ! Only for the agent to deprioritise my booking for another viewing he set up at a closer time. Not sure if they don’t take clients seriously or have other priorities

I cannot recommend Hassine HARRATH highly enough! From the very beginning, he exceeded every expectation I had. He handled every single aspect of renting out in Dubai with outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. What impressed me the most was his incredible responsiveness. Every time I reached out, I received a reply in less than an hour, no matter the question or request. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and consistently available. Hassine truly went above and beyond what was expected of him. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and effortless for me. Even the new tenant shares the exact same opinion and was equally impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and support throughout the process. I am genuinely grateful for his exceptional service and have no doubt that he is an incredible asset to his team. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, proactive, and fully committed to delivering the best experience, Hassine is the person you want. Thank you again, Hassine! I wish you continued success and all the very best in your future endeavors. You truly deserve every bit of it!
