I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. The company accepted my payment, but after my booking could not go ahead due to circumstances beyond my control, they have still not provided a suitable alternative accommodation and are refusing to issue a refund. On top of that, they will not share the contact details of management or anyone with authority to resolve the issue, making it impossible to escalate the matter properly. Communication has been poor, and I have received only repetitive responses without any real solution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

As a property owner, my experience with NOX Holiday Homes has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. They completely failed to deliver on what they promised. The rental projections they provided were highly misleading, and the actual income was nowhere near what was initially presented. On top of that, they charged for multiple vague and unexplained services, claiming work had been done without providing any proper receipts or proof. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how they operate. From an owner’s perspective, trusting them with my property was a costly mistake. Not only did they underperform, but their fees and questionable charges made it nearly impossible to even cover basic costs. I strongly advise other property owners to stay away. Giving them your property for holiday home management is likely to result in financial loss and unnecessary stress.

Amazing service and very supportive team! I had a great experience with the apartment at Dubai Creek Beach. The apartment is very well maintained, comfortable, and exactly as described — a perfect place to stay. What truly made the experience outstanding was Tony. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive from start to finish. Even with last-minute changes, Tony handled everything smoothly and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and stress-free. Horrible service and locations. 01. After you paid no one will response properly 02.any kind of complain till you move to another property even no reply after check out for lie keep follow up . 03. Bad smell apartments and less selection as I understand I was booked same company through booking.com and agin has to book my self a paid to another hotel for my stay but no solution still. Almost week now from my stay .

Scammers are deceiving people, never trust them and give them your property, you'll regret it. The worst vacation home company in Dubai, they only paid 10k in 4 months for my super luxury home.

The absolute worst apartment ever and such incompetent management ! The pool is not working which is misleading as it was advertised The fridge is not working , the maintenance team came to fix it but failed and then tried to tell me to “wait” for it to cool down. It’s now been over 1 week and nothings happened ! The AC has stopped working and somehow it’s my fault for being too hot in the apartment?! I mean seriously !! What a joke! To top it all off the wifi doesn’t work! Every issue was mentioned which was apparently passed on to management but nothing has happened ! This is hell! What can I do?
