I've had experience both buying and selling an apartment in Abu Dhabi with Andrea Tito. During very recent sale transaction, she, once again, has proven to be very professional, knowledgeable about both real estate market and the process, and extremely responsive (I've never had a single situation where she won't respond right away). All issues (no real estate transaction goes ideally) and delays were handled by her very efficiently. She is also a great negotiator, who will help you to find a good middle ground between buyer and seller so that it'll be a win-win transaction for all parties. Finally, she remains fully involved till all small details are 100% finalized (after the transfer). Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with Crompton. Worst experience I have ever had when dealing with real estate, lack of transparency and constant incorrect information.

We worked with Lola Hatamova for our most recent tenancy. Lola was very professional, punctual and transparent throughout the whole process. We are grateful for the effort she made to finalise all the contractual arrangements in a timely manner! We are really happy with the level of support and equally grateful for the gift upon moving in! Thank you again Sam and Kate

We had a fantastic experience working with Neha and Saodat throughout our property purchase. Neha was incredibly patient, professional, and proactive. She kept us updated throughout the process, followed up tirelessly with all parties, and did everything she could to help expedite the transaction. Even when unexpected delays arose, she remained calm, responsive, and supportive. Her dedication made a real difference. Saodat was equally excellent from the very beginning. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, provided us with great options, and was always available to answer our questions. Her knowledge of the property and willingness to help made the entire experience much easier. Buying a home can be stressful, but Neha and Saodat made the journey as smooth as possible. We are truly grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

Matt went above and beyond to help me understand the current housing market. He took the time to clearly explain market trends, provided valuable insights tailored to my situation, and offered practical advice that I couldn’t have gotten elsewhere. Despite my tight schedule, he rearranged his own to meet at a time that worked for me—truly going the extra mile. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and such a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend working with him!

Since 2022, I’ve used Crompton exclusively as my agents. Thanks to their wonderful team, namely Alexandra Warren who helped me sell my unit in West Yas unit and Alastair Jaini who helped me find my rental unit in Raha Gardens, the team is exemplary in their dedication, solutions-driven mindset and consideration.

Mariana was simply amazing. She worked non stop for us and couldn’t have been more helpful. She guided us through the complex maze of renting in Abu Dhabi and was still there long after the deal was concluded to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely would recommend her

I have reached out to CPEA to find new tenants for my apartment in Yas. Despite not most favourable market conditions managed to find a new family within few weeks from posting. Damian Kasperczyk was the real estate agent helping me out through the process and I could have not asked for a better service. Professional, responsive and advising. Thanks a lot!
