The living room easily converts into a private bedroom, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the creek and lagoon, especially at sunset. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows—they made the space feel bright, open, and spacious. The fridge even had a built-in ice maker, which was a nice bonus. The host provided Rituals toiletries, a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra luxurious. The infinity pool is a great size, stays open until 10 PM, and was never overcrowded. My favorite feature was the cozy jetted bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a long day. There's also a cozy coffee shop right downstairs, which was very convenient. Every detail made this stay memorable. Thank you for creating such a beautiful place. It was the relaxing vacation I needed, and I was able to truly rest.

GoogleUnfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The apartment had a very bad smell coming from the bathrooms, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, there was very poor coordination regarding our check-in. My family and I were left waiting outside in the street for more than one hour because the security guard refused to allow us to enter, apparently due to lack of coordination between the company and the building security. What made the situation worse is that this happened after the full payment had already been taken from us. We expected proper service, clear communication, and basic coordination, but unfortunately this was not provided. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the apartment maintenance and the check-in process for future guests.
