So they sold property in 2024 , after that I contact him once in 6 months to get updates , after sales it’s Zero service , once you bought you property after that they don’t care if you get your unit or not , or even to ask a very simple question . Guy keeps saying I will call you today , tomorrow but nothing happens .very politely I ask ,but he just doesn’t respond . Today’s world service is the key but ppl just take it for granted . Pathetic service level , this company is not recommended at all . If you can’t find employee name let me know I will pass the information and required info to you . Enough of waiting had to write this . Not sure if whole company is like this , will see if some senior management see this and understand where company is heading. He just shows that he is most busy person in this world .
