I will share how this property management company works, and you can draw your own conclusions. The company's broker found us a fantastic apartment. We were extremely grateful and left a glowing review for his work specifically. But after that, everything went completely sideways. We asked to move in a bit early because our child's school was starting. The back-office manager (let's call her “Konuralina”) was very polite, but she didn't help us with anything. We were denied an early move-in, even though we had paid the rent and commission and handled everything well in advance. The renovation the company supposedly completed before we moved in was terrible: 1. The washing machine had some kind of unknown grime inside. 2. The furniture we asked to be removed, and were assured would be taken away, was left behind. 3. The walls were painted, but pieces kept falling off around all the light switches. This employee gave us her phone number, but whenever I messaged her on WhatsApp, she kept telling me to email her because it was her personal WhatsApp and she didn't read it, which defies all common sense. After that, I started sending emails asking to resolve urgent matters, such as how to connect the gas, why we had no access to the Happy Tenant app, and several other issues. She doesn't answer on WhatsApp, doesn't pick up the phone, and doesn't reply to emails. How can anyone evaluate the work of the management company Allsopp & Allsopp? Unfortunately, I cannot give them more than one star. They haven't resolved a single issue quickly or professionally.

Absolutely unimpressed by the sales team. 1) During a viewing, one agent left the freezer open, and then another agent failed to report it open, and just let it defrost and leak everywhere. Lights also left on for days on end, and the kitchen tap which left a rust mark. 2) Failed to achieve a satisfactory sales price, and instead of proactively finding ways to sell it, just lazily recommended lowering the price. 3) Poor communication. This is consistent. I was *always* chasing them, never any proactive updates on how viewings went, or how the sale is progressing. 4) Closing agent said our cash deal would “be settled quickly”, and sent us a Form F, which we signed immediately. He then mentioned that there were delays (2 weeks in the end) in acquiring the deposit, and when I questioned why we were sent the Form F, he said, “well I didn’t expect you to sign it so quickly” as if that’s some sort of excuse. Had the deposit not been paid, we would have been stuck with a signed Form F and no deposit. 5) They told us not to request our liability letter too early on, but thankfully I ignored this advice, and requested anyway. Which was the right choice, as it took yet another week to receive, and nearly delayed things again. There are other small things, but these are the main issues. Would not use them again. We closed a finance deal with one agent faster than these guys can close a cash deal with an entire team. Oh, and they also take 2% commission from the seller as well, in exchange for this fantastic service.

From the very start of our property search Jack Bystram and Matthew Wilson were absolutely brilliant. Incredibly knowledgable, responsive (arranging viewings literally within hours) and more than happy to answer our (many) questions. They worked to our schedule and often went above and beyond, sacrificing time during evenings, weekends and vacations to help us secure our property. A mention is also deserved to Abbi in the Sales Progression Team who helped us close the transaction smoothly and on our timeline. A&A were recommended to us by friends, and I would echo this recommendation to anyone venturing into the Dubai property market - whether as first time, or repeat buyers. Overall, a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to use A&A again in the future.

Overall a good experience with timely information, communication and guidance. My experience with Allsopp & Allsopp has been extremely disappointing. Having worked with the company for several years, I expected a relationship built on trust and professionalism. Instead, I found the opposite. The company appeared deeply mistrustful of its own long-standing clients, with rigid processes taking precedence over common sense and customer service. In particular, my interactions with Gulten, who managed the process, reflected a highly inflexible approach with little willingness to consider the context or history of the client relationship. Equally disappointing was the lack of support from Charlie, who, as the key sales contact, could have helped resolve the situation but instead allowed the process to take priority over the customer. A business relationship should be built on mutual trust, especially after years of working together. Unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a client, and the overall experience fell well below the standard I would expect from a leading real estate agency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Allsopp & Allsopp to anyone looking for a client-focused agency.
