I would like to share our experience with ALH properties, thanks to Paulina's great support from day 1 to the end we felt that we are in good hands and she was very helpful explaining on all the steps and arranging for us. Im very happy to work with ALH and definetly recommend to anyone looking their house.

Recently, I closed a deal with Paulina. From the first phone call to the final closing, everything was smooth and fast. Paulina, along with her assistant Rafi, handled the process professionally. She was straightforward, practical, and highly knowledgeable—without using overly “too beautiful” sales language, which I personally do not prefer. Rafi was also very kind and cooperative throughout. The entire procedure was quick, smooth, and clear. I am very satisfied. Thank you, and I hope this will not be our last deal.

I dealt with them correctly. There was a delay in selling the unit, but the broker, Khaled Ahmed, was keen to provide a complete tour of the unit and its various facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, barbecue area, and meeting rooms. He was very respectful of privacy, not allowing clients to take personal photos of the unit. He also ensured that all clauses of the sales agreement were followed up, which facilitated its completion, reflecting a professional approach. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience with AC as my agent. She was available from day one all the way through to after the Title Deed transfer. Extremely supportive and always willing to go the extra mile. What really stood out was her commitment even after closing , she remained available and continued to assist whenever needed. Truly reliable and professional. Highly recommended!

I wish to share my very positive experience with Daniel from ALH properties. I was in the market for a property and got to know Daniel through a random listing on Dubizzle. Having been in the Dubai real estate market for years I want to thank Daniel for helping me make my most recent purchase. My experience with him was very pleasant as he struck a perfect balance between being prompt and responsive while still giving enough space not to be pushy as many agents can be.
