We purchased a unit in Marina View Tower that’s been managed by 99 Real Estate for many years at the highest professional level; especially since we do not live in Dubai. I’m saying that because in all the years that they have been managing our rental there has been no issues with tenants, paying the association dues, repairs, and any other unexpected matters. The office staff always go beyond expectations. A couple of years ago we decided to do a renovation since the unit was showing its age. We asked Ms. Soraya to help us with that, and she agreed. Honestly, she handled the task like a pro that has done this for decades. She interviewed and received multiple quotes and picked the most reasonable one. We gave her full authority to design the remodeling theme and to surprise us with the final results. She worked with all the contractors and picked the appliances, flooring, cabinets, bathroom, lighting; basically everything. We were blown away with the outcome. The unit looks absolutely gorgeous; completely brand new, modern, and looks like something that you see in an advertisement in a Home Magazine. If you’re thinking about renovating your unit, I highly recommend you get some advice from Ms. Soraya; she is amazing. I’ve thanked her repeatedly for all she has done for us.
