Theo was born and raised in Liverpool, UK. He began his business journey at 15, launching a nationally recognised fashion brand, which he successfully exited at 18. Shortly after completing his education, he entered real estate, joining a national agency, The Property Centre. His entrepreneurial drive saw him rise to Sales Director by 20, managing a team of 15 agents and advising HNWIs and family offices on £5M+ asset transactions. At 21, Theo moved to Dubai to take on one of the world’s most competitive property markets. With a focus on Dubai Hills and off-plan investments, he has sold over AED 250M in the last 24 months.
