Abdul Kadir Fazal completed his BA (Hons) in Business and Management at the prestigious University of Aston Business School and then went on to training for ACCA qualifications. In 2010 he decided that there was a dire need to offer professional Real Estate services, that which he was accustomed to in the UK. As an entrepreneur, he was very much disillusioned about the integrity and quality of Real Estate services in Dubai and saw the need to set up a professional Real Estate company – ERE Homes. Beginning with a small team of consultants, he paid particular attention to detail in the team's management of client relations and the services being offered to the customer. After expanding the Real Estate team exponentially over the first year of operation to meet the demands of the market, at the age of 25, he has transformed ERE Homes into the top 5 real estate companies in Dubai.
